GOALS
1. Create a fun and comfortable Jewish learning community where everyone feels like both a student and teacher.
2. Increase our understanding of Jewish texts dealing with land and agriculture, and our confidence in engaging with these texts.
3. Cultivate ideas of how to produce, distribute, and consume food in a Jewish way.
4. Figure out how to apply Jewish agricultural traditions in America today.
5. Celebrate Shabbat in a pluralistic, joyful, and learned community
