Meeting Spaces

The Pearlstone Conference and Retreat Center features flexible meeting spaces and an outstanding atmosphere to conduct any successful gathering. The Center can host functions of 10-200 people. Your participants can mix and mingle with ease on our scenic grounds or in our spacious meeting rooms and lounges. All rooms have natural light and offer flexible layouts.

All of our meeting rooms and public spaces are handicapped accessible, climate controlled, and adaptable to the needs of your group. In addition to our formal meeting rooms, we have a number of public spaces where small group meetings, social groupings, and general “hanging out” can take place.

The main Conference Hall has three floors, all accessible by elevator or stairs. You can choose from:

four large meeting rooms
three large classrooms
a well-appointed boardroom
and five breakout rooms to allow for small discussion groups.

ROOM 100

Our largest conference hall is carpeted and has one entire wall of large windows that overlook our Kayam Farm and lake. Doors open out to a beautiful second floor deck with seating. This room can be furnished according to your needs and will seat up to 200 people when theater style.

ROOM 200

Our large upstairs conference room is carpeted and has a whiteboard and two access doors if divided seating is required. This room can be furnished according to your needs and will seat up to 100 people when theater style.

BEIT MIDRASH

Occupying half of the lower level of our main building, this large room has beautiful windows with a stunning view of our farm. It is carpeted, has book cases for materials, and can seat up to 250 people theatre-style.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

For our groups looking for a private dining experience in a beautiful space overlooking our farm and surrounding areas. This room can seat up to 35 people for a meal, or 50 people theatre-style.

CLASSROOMS: There are two classrooms on our main floor, and three on our second floor. Each of our classrooms can be used for small meetings or breakout sessions. They each have a whiteboard. These rooms can be furnished according to your needs and will seat up to 36 people when theater style.


LIBRARY: Our large boardroom style library has one large conference table and 20 boardroom chairs in a fixed configuration. This room also has a whiteboard and two cork boards. Our library boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside, and our extensive collection of Jewish resources.

ACTIVITY CENTER: Occupying half of the lower level of our main building, this large room has linoleum flooring so it can be used for messy projects. The activity center has a children’s playroom attached, and boasts large windows overlooking our Kayam Farm and lake and direct access to the outdoors. This room can be furnished according to your needs and will seat up to 200 people when theater style.
