Emergency Food Response efforts at Pearlstone:
- provide nourishing meals for food insecure communities across Baltimore
- Activate our Culinary Staff and Farmers
- Engage community volunteers
- support a range of partner nonprofit organizations
As of February 2021, we have provided 50,000 meals to our community

MARCH 2020:
Baltimore City Public School students lose access to meals for a week. Pearlstone partners with the Baltimore City Office of the Mayor to provide 2,000 meals in 2 days
MAY 2020:
Associated Baltimore City Partnership Commission grant supports launch of Pearlstone EFR efforts, enabling partnership with Promise Heights in June & July 2020
JUNE 2020:
Partnership with Baltimore County Office of Workforce & Economic Development – average 400 lbs. of freshly harvested Certified Organic produce delivered weekly to Student Support Network distribution hub in Owings Mills
