We want your GETAWAYS at PEARLSTONE to be as wonderful and memorable as possible! We are working on developing policies to help ensure the best experience for all and will post here as soon as we have them complete.
For now, here is a growing list of frequently asked questions:
What is the Payment & Cancellation policy?
Payment in full is due upon booking. The balance of additional charges for upgrades or add-ons selected after initial booking is due prior to check in. Any additional charges incurred during your stay are due within 3 days of check out.
Cancellations 4 weeks or more in advance: 25% nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit; 25% held as a voucher to be used for a future Pearlstone experience within 12 months; 50% will be refunded.
No Cancellations/Refunds within 4 weeks
What time is Check In & Check Out?
Check In is 3 pm or later on day of arrival
Check Out is by 12 pm on day of departure
How do create my itinerary and select activities?
We are happy to work with you to help build an itinerary that perfectly suits your family!
In order to properly plan for your stay, we will request your itinerary of activities by 2 weeks prior to arrival. We are unable to guarantee any change requests or allow any refunds within 2 weeks.
For any activities that may be impacted by weather, we will be as flexible and accommodating as possible in adjusting the schedule!
What is your Pet Policy?
Service animals are always welcome. We ask for advanced notification so that we can prepare for appropriate pet cleaning after your stay. Cleaning fee on us.
Pets of any kind are not allowed. As animal lovers ourselves we understand the joy of being with animals and hope that you get to see some of the animals we have on our 180 acres: cayote, fox, deer, opossum, flying squirrel, birds, and the animals in our pasture.
What are the pool hours?
Guests staying in any lodging on campus have access to the Pearlstone Pools which are open Tuesdays – Sundays, 12:00 – 7:00 p.m., between Memorial Day and Labor Day. These pools are only open with Active Life Guards on duty.
Woodleaf Retreat has its own private pool which is only available to guests staying there, accessible every day between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This pool is not staffed by lifeguards and swimming is at your own risk. Adult supervision is required AT ALL TIMES. Lifeguards can be requested for an additional fee.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and it does NOT have to be kosher. All food provided by Pearlstone is OU Kosher.
Are the homes ADA accessible?
Woodleaf Retreat is a 2 story home with a full basement: the main level is ADA accessible with an ADA compliant full bathroom, bedroom and access to all indoor rooms on that level. There is no ADA access to the 2nd level. The basement level can be accessed by going outside and around the side to the back of the house.
Tall Oaks Retreat is a 2 story home. There is one step up to the front door. Once inside, most rooms on the main level are accessible. The sunken Living Room has one step down.
Fidler's Grove Cabin has 4 stairs up to the front porch; from there everything on the main floor is on the same level.
